Booking:
You need a confirmed booking for your visit. Additionaly we need your address and personal data for security check from each guest.

 

Visitor regulations: 

• Minimum age is 14 (no exceptions) 
• Tours are not suitable for people in wheelchairs or people with mobility handicaps
• Use of cameras, audio recording and mobile phones is prohibited inside the plant. Mobile phones have to be switched off during the tour
• Visitors are not allowed to depart from the group. Please make sure you stay together with your group. In case the Airbus security has to look for you, you will have to pay all costs incurred.
• The visitor passes have to be returned to your guide at the end of the tour. Please take care of your visitor pass.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking, eating and drinking is not allowed in the hangars.
• Touching aircrafts or aircraft parts is prohibited.
• Airbus as host and Globetrotter as tour operator reserve to cancel tours without replacement - even on short notice - for operational or security-relevant reasons. In this case no payment will be due and no claim can be made on Globetrotter or Airbus.
• In case of inappropriate behaviour Airbus/Globetrotter can banish you from the premises (even during a tour).

 

Groups:
A group consists of 20 people. A maximum of 60 people can be registered. (3 groups in 15 min intervals). In case of small groups or single reservations we reserve to book additional participants to the tour. For exclusive tours the full price for 20 people has to be paid.

Catering:
There is no meal or snack included. You can´t visit the canteen on the plant. We offer group arrangements for lunch in one of our partner restaurants near Airbus.

Starting point:
Reiseland Globetrotter Reisebüro at Airbus „Periport“, to the left of the eastern gate, Kreetslag 7, 21129 Hamburg/Finkenwerder. Please meet at the Globetrotter office 15 minutes before the scheduled start of your tour.

Prices:
€ 14,- for adults, € 11,- for pupils/students/pensioners. 
The fee will be charged for every person who has registered for the tour.  In case of no-shows, illness, cancellation on short notice, or failure to bring proper identification the full amount per person will be due.  No places free of charge. 

Identificaton check:
Please make sure to bring a valid passport or child identity card with you. If not you are not allowed to enter the Airbus plant. (Pupil, student, pensioner evidence is necessary to be admitted to the tour and to receive the discount.

The fee must be transferred to our account at least 14 days before the tour.

Cash payment in our office in the Periport is only possible for tours booked on short notice (less than 16 days before the tour).

Language:
Tours are available in English and French. Please note your preferred language in your reservation.

Participant list:
Please send us the complete participant list with first and last names as well as nationality, date of birth, place of birth, and address at the latest 14 days before the scheduled tour date. Please make sure to put your reservation number on the participant list!

Cancellation fee:
If we do not have the participant list 14 days before the tour, we will charge you a cancellation fee of € 60,-.  In case of no-shows, illness, short notice cancellation, or absence of or invalid identification the full fee for each person will be due. No free of charge places will be granted for groups. For groups with more than 40 people period to free complete cancellation ends 4 weeks before scheduled tour date. 

Changes for the booked participant lists: 
You may change the total number of people on your list until 14 days before the tour date. For booking additional participants please make sure to inform us as soon as possible. It is not always possible to accomodate additional participants. 
Cchanges are no longer possible after 14-day limit. Please be aware that we can only accommodate the people who booked 14 days before the date of the tour and whose participation is confirmed. Name changes are possible during the time period between 14-7 days before the date of the tour. 7 days before the tour we finalize the participant list and send it to the Airbus security department.

Shop:
We run the only official Airbus Shop in Germany. Take the chance to buy souvenirs like model airplanes, pins, shirts and more merchandise.

Luggage:
It is not possible to store luggage in our office due to space limitation and insurance reasons.

We don´t offer Airbus plant tours to reseller or tour operators.
